Criteria
- Nationality: Lebanese
- Age: 25 years plus
- Minimum Income Required: $ 800 Fresh
- He can prove his income through Salary certificate or Pay-slip and Statement of account
- Salary domiciliation is a must through a bank or any digital wallet
- Time at his current job 1 year plus
- Clean Record in CDR and BDL
- Down payment: 20% of the item price
Loan features and process
- Loan Currency: Fresh USD
- Interest rate : 14% flat per year
- Maximum loan amount: USD Fresh 6,000
- Loan term: up to 18 months
- The client can settle his payment through CFC branch in Sin El Fil, FNB Bank branches, or OMT
Loan Execution
- Copy of client’s ID or Valid Passport
- Statement of account for the past 12 months and a salary certificate or Pay-slip
- Utility bill (electricity, telephone…),or copy of the title deeds or a rent contract.
- Quotation
Once received, application will be processed and CFC will revert back with the application status:
1. Approved (means that the loan was approved and can be granted)
2. Approved Counter offer (applies to loan term and/or loan amount)
3. Rejected (means that the loan was declined)
