Adkom sal offers a diagnosis service for Apple devices undergoing repairs. If customers find themselves in an Out of Warranty situation, they have the option to request a diagnosis and receive a report. This report can be utilized for approval authorities or insurance service providers to evaluate before making a decision regarding the repairs. At Adkom sal, we employ Apple's approved standard diagnosis tools to identify issues with Apple devices and provide customers with a desired standard diagnosis report or estimate.

Software Reinstallation

The process of software re-installation is carried out in cases where genuine software has been incorrectly installed or when customers choose to upgrade to a specific version of the software, including the operating system. While customers can attempt this process on their own, we recommend utilizing the expertise of our team to ensure a seamless re-installation without any disruptions to the device. Our team consists of Apple Certified Technicians who are highly skilled in providing re-installation services, guaranteeing optimal functionality for your Apple device.

Software Restoration

Issues related to device performance can arise from either corrupt software or the installation of unsuitable software. To tackle these problems, a comprehensive diagnosis is conducted to identify the root cause, followed by a software restoration procedure based on the diagnostic findings. Apple Authorized Service Providers offer Software Restoration as a paid service. At AC Care, our team of Apple Certified Technicians is extensively trained to diagnose software issues and provide restoration services to ensure optimal functioning of your Apple device.

Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service

Before you bring in your device

Follow these steps before you take your device to an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or carrier. If your device won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:

  1. Back up your iOS device.
  2. Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you’ll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone.*
  3. If your iPhone needs battery service, have the battery percentage at 30% or less when you bring it in, if possible.
  4. Remove any protective cases and accessories
  • Your sales receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase
  • Your device and any accessories that you need help with
  • A form of personal identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID

Before you send your device

Follow these steps before you send your device in for repair or replacement. If it won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:

  1. Back up your iOS device. To protect your data, erase your iOS device
  2. Remove your iOS device from your Apple ID device list.
  3. Remove the SIM card from your iOS device or iPadOS device if it uses one, and keep it in a safe place. If your iOS device doesn’t use a SIM card, contact your wireless service provider to suspend service if necessary.
  4. Remove any protective cases and accessories

Get your Mac ready for service

To save time and protect your information, complete as many of these steps as you can before your Mac is serviced.

1. Make a backup

Back up your Mac, in case it becomes necessary to erase or replace its disk during service.

2. Check your settings

To help ensure that the service technician can perform any necessary diagnostic testing, complete these steps. If you can’t, the technician might need to discuss options with you.

If you’re concerned about the security of your data during service, either turn on FileVault or remove your data, such as by erasing all content and settings.

3. Gather your information 

If you’re carrying your Mac to a service location:

  • Bring the sales receipt with you, if you have it. You might also need your Apple ID password and a form of personal identification, such as a driver license, passport, or other government-issued ID.
  • Make sure that you know the name and password of your macOS user account, in case you need to log in to your Mac at the service location.
4. Gather your equipment
  • If you’re carrying your Mac to a service location, also bring its power cable and any accessories that you need help with. Remove any protective cases and accessories
